I built products from 0→1, scaled them 1→10, and expanded them to 10→100 by redesigning end-to-end agent workflows to eliminate inefficiencies at scale. I also led AI-driven initiatives, designing automation-first experiences that reduced manual effort and improved operational efficiency

  1. Redesigned the document verification experience to reduce cognitive load — eliminating 60 minutes of hidden setup time per case. Case Study
