I start by understanding the problem, business objectives, and success metrics. I conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
Ideation & Information Architecture
Based on insights, I brainstorm multiple solutions, define user flows, and structure the information architecture to ensure clarity and usability.
Wireframing & Prototyping
I create low-fidelity wireframes and gradually evolve them into interactive prototypes to validate concepts early and gather feedback.
Visual & Interaction Design
I design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces with clear interactions, smooth transitions, and meaningful feedback.
Testing & Iteration
I test designs with users and stakeholders, refine based on feedback, and continuously improve the experience.
